1. How to download the APP & Sign in?

A: The 70mai Health App is available for iOS in the Apple App Store and for Android in the Google Play Store. Please search for “70mai Health” to download and install the app. Or scan the QR code on the watch to download and install 70mai Health APP.

2. How many language does it supports?

A: The watch support English/Russian/Traditional Chinese and simplified Chinese/ Japanese /Spanish,The users manual has English/Spanish/French/German/Russian/Italian/Portuguese/Japanese/Traditional Chinese and simplified Chinese for now.

3. Is 70mai Saphir watch waterproof?

A: Yes. The watch waterproof level is 5ATM, which can be used for water activities in shallow water such as in a swimming pool or at the beach, but it does NOT support sauna and hot springs.

4. Why can't the watch be worn in the bath?

A: The temperature difference before and after a bath will cause thermal expansion and contraction on the rubber ring of the watch. In the long run, the rubber ring may have a gap and thereby alter the waterproof rating of the watch. Additionally, bathing products will accelerate the aging of the watch's rubber ring and shorten the watch's service life. Water vapor also diffuses everywhere in the bathroom. Additionally, the watch shouldn't be in contact with soap, bath lotion and organic solvents. When these liquid substances are allowed to adhere to the watch for a long time, abnormalities such as discoloration may occur.

5. What if the charging icon doesn't show up?
